Returns, Refunds & Guarantees

Swiitch is sold in South Africa through Amazon.co.za. This policy explains how returns, refunds and our guarantees work for those orders.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Swiitch for any reason, you can return it within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund.
The quickest way is through your Amazon account: go to Your Orders, select your Swiitch order and choose to return it. Return shipping and refund timelines follow Amazon.co.za's returns policy.
If you'd rather talk to us first, or Amazon's process doesn't cover your situation, email us at hello@getswiitch.com with your Amazon order number and a short note on what went wrong. We'd love the chance to help you set Swiitch up the way you need, and if we can't, we'll make sure you get your money back.
Please return the device in reasonable condition, allowing for normal handling and use.
Refunds
Refunds for Amazon orders are processed by Amazon to your original payment method. Once a return is approved, it can take a few business days for your bank or card provider to show the refund. If something looks wrong, contact us at hello@getswiitch.com and we'll follow up.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please check your Swiitch when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, report it through your Amazon order or email us at hello@getswiitch.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Lifetime Manufacturer Guarantee
If your Swiitch stops working because of a manufacturing defect or hardware failure during normal use, we'll replace it at no charge, for as long as you own it. Email hello@getswiitch.com with your Amazon order number and a short description or photo of the problem. This guarantee does not cover misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or modifications. See section 7.2 of our Terms of Service for details.
Bought directly from getswiitch.com?
If you bought Swiitch from our website before we moved sales to Amazon, your 30-day money-back guarantee and lifetime guarantee still apply. Email hello@getswiitch.com with your original order number and we'll take care of you.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African law.
